I. Reference Information

1.1. The Student Campus of the Tashkent Branch of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology includes a Student Residence Hall, an Amphitheater, and a Sports Complex built in 2019, located at TTZ-47 massiv.

1.2. The living space per resident is 9.9 sq.m.

1.3. The number of non-resident students living in the dormitory is 222 people.

II. General Condition of the Dormitories

2.1. There are 88 residential blocks in the dormitory building. Each residential block, designed for 3 and 2 people, has:

• two living rooms with an area of 11.9 sq.m and 17.8 sq.m;

• a bathroom – 3.4 sq.m;

• a vestibule – 2.5 sq.m.

On each floor of the building, there are 2 shared kitchens with an area of 21.3 sq.m, equipped with electric stoves and cutting tables.

2.2. Provision of residents with hard inventory (bed, table, chair, bedside table, bookshelf, lighting) and soft inventory (mattress, pillow, blanket, bed linen set, towel, curtains, bedspread) is 100%.

2.3. Utilities for water, heat, power supply, and wastewater disposal are provided in full.

2.4. Cleaning of the premises and the adjacent territory is carried out by the Student Campus staff daily.

III. Campus Infrastructure

3.1. The Student Campus features:

• Access to the local computer network with Internet access;

• Sports and gym grounds;

• Self-study rooms;

• Library;

• Canteen;

• Assembly hall;

• Laundry room.

3.2. On the territory of the Student Campus, with a total area of 2.6 hectares, there are flower beds, lawns, gazebos, and parking lots.

IV. Fire and Public Safety of Residents

4.1. The buildings of the Student Campus are equipped with an automatic fire protection system and fire hydrants (FH) for initial fire extinguishing, fitted with 23 units of OP-3 dry powder fire extinguishers with a capacity of 3 liters.

4.2. Public safety of residents is ensured by:

• the organization of an access control system managed by the Security staff of the administrative building.

• a video surveillance system equipped with 225 video cameras located in lobbies, halls, corridors, and throughout the territory.
