Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment and operation of branches of educational organizations of higher education of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, signed on October 19, 2018 in Tashkent.

In order to further improve the training of qualified personnel for the industrial sectors of the republic's economy, expand international cooperation in the field of higher education, and also in execution of the Plan of Practical Measures ("Roadmap") for the implementation of agreements on the further expansion of political, trade, economic, investment, transport, communication, and cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation for 2018-2019.
