In order to provide economic sectors with qualified mid-level specialists and meet the growing demand for blue-collar professions, Uzkimyosanoat JSC pays priority attention to the development of a dual education system.

 As part of this work at the Tashkent branch of the Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev started a three-day training seminar for teachers and industrial training masters of the Angren Technological College on the topic:
“Organization and management of dual education in the vocational education system, modern educational methods and methodology.”

 The purpose of the seminar is to improve the professional competencies of teaching staff, the formation of practice-oriented approaches to training, as well as the dissemination of effective mechanisms for the introduction and development of dual education in the vocational training system.

 During the event, current issues of training workers are considered, taking into account the needs of the modern labor market, the experience of introducing and developing dual education at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, as well as the use of modern methods and analytical approaches in the field of chemical technology are discussed.

 Special attention is paid to the practical analysis of the experience of implementing dual education using the example of cooperation between the branch of the National Research Technological University "MISiS" in the city of Almalyk and JSC "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant", as well as the approaches of the Tashkent branch of the Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev on the introduction of modern teaching methods and technologies, focused on the integration of the educational process with real production.

 Conducting this training seminar helps to strengthen interaction between educational institutions and industrial enterprises, improve the quality of personnel training and the formation of competitive specialists who meet modern requirements of the economy and industry.
