On December 22, at the Branch of the Russian Chemical-Technological University named after D.I. Mendeleev in Tashkent, a competition was held for a personal scholarship of Academician A.S. Sadykov, established by PhosAgro PJSC together with the Branch of the Russian Chemical Technology University.

 Academician A. S. Sadykov is an outstanding chemist who made a significant contribution to the development of fundamental science and the formation of scientific schools. The establishment of a scholarship named after him symbolizes the continuity of scientific traditions, respect for the academic heritage and focus on training a new generation of personnel for the chemical industry.

The goal of the competition is to support talented and motivated students who demonstrate high results in educational and research activities, as well as to stimulate interest in the development of green chemistry, environmentally friendly technologies, new materials and innovative solutions for the chemical industry.

🔬 The scholarship is awarded to students mastering educational programs related to:
🔘ecology and environmental management;
🔘technologies of new materials and substances;
🔘modern chemical and innovative directions.

🧠 During the competitive selection, the following were taken into account:
🔘high academic performance;
🔘availability of scientific publications and other achievements;
🔘participation in research projects;
🔘interest in developing projects in the field of green chemistry;
🔘knowledge of the activities and development prospects of PJSC PhosAgro.

📈 Development of the scholarship program:
🔹in 2024, 7 students became participants in the competition;
🔹in 2025, 5 more places were added to them, and the total number of scholarships increased to 12.

📊 Thus, during the implementation of the program, 20 talented young men and women, representing a new generation of chemists and researchers, will become laureates of the competition.

🤝 The personalized scholarship is implemented at the expense of PhosAgro PJSC within the framework of a cooperation agreement with the university and is aimed at supporting young scientists, popularizing fundamental sciences and training personnel for the innovative development of the chemical industry and agriculture in Russia and Uzbekistan.
