In order to fulfill the tasks defined by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-61, as well as instructions given during the open dialogue of the President with youth on February 24, 2026, aimed at ensuring employment of graduates and strengthening the connection between education and production, a study tour was organized for students of the Tashkent branch of the Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev to the pharmaceutical enterprise "ZumaFarm", located in the Parkent district of the Tashkent region.

🎓 The event was attended by undergraduate and graduate students, for whom issues of future employment and professional adaptation are especially relevant.

During the excursion, students became familiar with:

with technological processes for the production of medicines;
with modern laboratory equipment;
with a product quality control system;
with the working conditions of the enterprise specialists.

The company’s specialists spoke in detail about the requirements for young specialists and the competencies in demand in the modern chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Students received answers to their questions related to internships, internships and future employment opportunities. Such meetings allow future graduates to better understand the requirements of employers and correctly build their professional trajectory.
