On April 30 at the branch of the Russian Chemical Technical University named after D.I. Mendeleev in Tashkent, the day began not with coffee - but immediately with movement, energy and a great mood.

From the very morning, employees and students of the branch gathered for a general sports warm-up, which became a bright and cheerful start to a new day. To the accompaniment of energetic music, the participants performed a set of mini-exercises, energized with activity, smiles and a real team spirit.

⚡ A few minutes of movement - and the sleep disappeared. The university woke up correctly.

After the warm-up, the sports morning continued with friendly competitions:

⚽ a dynamic match took place on the football field between teams of students and staff, where the fight was not only for the ball, but also for the title of the most enduring;

🏐 An exciting volleyball match was organized for the girls, which gave the participants a sea of emotions, sports excitement and a great mood.

That morning, the branch became one large area of health, friendship and movement, where everyone felt: sport unites better than any meeting and is definitely more effective than the third cup of tea.

🤝 The atmosphere of mutual support, activity and team spirit made the event truly memorable, and the participants received a powerful charge of vigor and positivity for the whole coming day.

✅ The RHTU branch is confident:

A healthy habit of starting the day actively is an investment in productivity, discipline and good mood.
