A meeting was held at "Uzkimyosanoat" Joint Stock Company with a delegation from the D.I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology (RCTU), headed by the Rector of the University, Professor Sergey Nikolaevich Filatov.

The delegation also included Dmitry Sergeevich Kadymov, Vice-Rector for International Affairs of RCTU, B.E. Nurmatov, Executive Director of the Tashkent branch of D.I. Mendeleev RCTU, and A.N. Shernaev, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Tashkent branch.

During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues regarding the training of highly qualified personnel for the chemical industry, further strengthening the integration of education, science, and production, as well as expanding bilateral scientific and educational cooperation.

Special attention was given to expanding the participation of the RCTU Tashkent branch in the educational and innovative cluster of the chemical industry, developing the dual education system, improving the organization of students' industrial practice, and enhancing mechanisms for the subsequent employment of graduates.

In addition, the parties considered the prospects for implementing joint scientific and educational projects tailored to the needs of the chemical industry, developing scientific research, promoting academic mobility programs, exchanging experience between faculty and specialists, and providing advanced training for personnel.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at strengthening partnerships between "Uzkimyosanoat" JSC and the D.I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology, deepening the interaction between education, science, and production, training competitive specialists, and creating a modern educational and innovative environment for the chemical industry.
