Regulations on the Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia" in the city of Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan)

These Regulations on the Branch of the Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in the city of Tashkent have been developed on the basis of the Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia" (abbreviated name - Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia) and in accordance with current legislation.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia" in the city of Tashkent (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) was established in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the establishment and operation of branches of higher educational organizations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, October 19, 2018) and by Order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated August 28, 2019, No. 652.
1.2. The Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia" in the city of Tashkent (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) is a separate structural subdivision of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia" (hereinafter referred to as the University) in the Republic of Uzbekistan and is created to carry out educational activities in educational programs of higher education, additional professional education, and additional education for children and adults, scientific activities, as well as to perform educational, scientific, social, and other functions.
1.3. The Branch operates on the basis of the Charter of the University and the regulations on the Branch approved by the University.

Abbreviated – филиал РХТУ им. Д.И. Менделеева в г. Ташкенте (Республика Узбекистан);
In English:
Full – Branch of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Dmitry Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in the city of Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan);
Abbreviated – Branch of Dmitry Mendeleev University in the city of Tashkent.
1.5. Location of the Branch - 47, TTZ-1 Array, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Tashkent city, 100142, Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.6. Educational activities in the Branch are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Financial and economic activities of the educational organization at the location of its Branch are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.7. The Branch is not a legal entity and carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter of Mendeleev University and these Regulations. The Branch is a separate structural subdivision of Mendeleev University. The Branch may be granted the rights of a legal entity in cases and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
