In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks specified in paragraph 11.2 of the Action Plan approved by Appendix 2 to the Regulation "On the Procedure for Organizing Tutoring Activities in Higher Education Organizations", approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 656 dated October 17, 2025, the following information is announced:

When evaluating candidates, submitted documents, educational background, professional experience, interview results, and other information confirming compliance with the position requirements are taken into consideration.

Status of the Tutor Position at the Branch

In the staffing schedule of the Tashkent branch of D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, the tutor position is established at 1 (one) staff unit. Currently, this position is occupied, and there are no vacancies available.

Requirements

Selection criteria for candidates for the position of Tutor:

1. Compliance with current legislation and qualification requirements for the position.
2. Relevant higher education degree and comprehensive knowledge in the education sector.
3. Ability to work with students, identify their challenges, and assist in problem resolution.
4. Pedagogical and psychological knowledge and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Skills in organizing cultural and educational events and conducting individual guidance for students.
6. Responsibility, initiative, teamwork abilities, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
7. Proficiency in information and communication technologies (ICT).
