As part of the implementation of priority tasks to ensure youth employment, determined at the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with youth, as well as in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 14, 2025 No. PP-61 “On additional measures to promote employment of graduates of higher educational organizations,” at the Tashkent branch of the Russian Chemical-Technological University named after D.I. Mendeleev, a meeting was organized with graduate students.

 During the event, students were explained in detail the goals and objectives of the “Kelajakka qadam” program, aimed at promoting youth employment, increasing their competitiveness in the labor market, as well as creating conditions for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives of graduates.

 During the meeting, students were presented with information in two main areas.

 Using the career.edu.uz platform:

 registration of graduates in the electronic system;
 familiarization with current vacancies;
 establishing online contacts with potential employers.

 For questions regarding pre-graduate practice:

 the procedure for concluding a tripartite agreement between the university, employer and student;
 opportunities for financial support during the internship period;
 mechanisms for further employment based on the results of practical training.

 During the meeting, students received answers to their questions and were also informed about the need to actively participate in programs to promote employment and professional development.

 Work to ensure employment of graduates, expand interaction with employers and create additional opportunities for professional self-realization of youth in the branch will be consistently continued.
